As a Career Consultant with a focus on training, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training courses for Zenex Plus. In addition to this, you will also provide guidance and support to individuals seeking to make informed decisions about their career paths. 

Your duties will include:

• Using interviews, questionnaires, and psychological or other tests to determine the aptitude, preferences, and temperament of the client. This information will be used to provide customised recommendations on appropriate courses of study or avenues into employment.
• Advising on appropriate courses of study or avenues into employment. You will help clients identify training and educational programs that will help them achieve their career goals.
• Visiting educational and other establishments to give talks and distribute information regarding careers. You will network with educators, trainers, and other professionals in the field to stay up-to-date with current trends and opportunities.
•  Liaising with employers to determine employment opportunities and advising schools, colleges, or individuals accordingly. You will keep track of the latest job openings and provide advice on how to secure a job in a particular field.
•  Organising careers forums and exhibitions and establishing and maintaining contact with local employers, colleges, and training providers. You will work with other professionals to organise and promote events where clients can learn about various career paths and training options.
•  Monitoring the progress and welfare of young people in employment and advising them on any difficulties. You will provide ongoing support and guidance to individuals who are employed or in training programs to help them overcome any challenges they may encounter.

In summary, as a Career Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs while providing customised guidance and support to individuals seeking to make informed decisions about their careers.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous recruitment experience is highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
