As an intern with us, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our UK student users receive the highest level of customer service. We're passionate about customer satisfaction, which is why we're committed to optimising our policies, rules, systems, and procedures to ensure exceptional service quality.

In this role, you'll actively respond to customer feedback, identify root causes of issues, and provide appropriate solutions to deliver outstanding customer service. You'll also collaborate with other departments to resolve customer problems and report high-risk client issues to department managers. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to identify existing problems, eliminate repeated complaints, reduce problem escalation rates, and optimise operational processes to enhance overall customer experience.

To succeed in this position, you should be self-motivated, proactive, and excel at problem discovery and solving. You'll need to adapt quickly to a constantly changing environment, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to handle disputes and emergencies with ease. Customer service and results should be your top priority, and previous experience in this field is highly preferred. Additionally, strong Chinese and English writing and communication skills are a must.

Salary: Paid

Internship duration: 3-6 months

Numbers of day: 3-5 days per week
