Develops and delivers training courses and provides guidance to individuals. Duties include client interviews, advising on educational/employment options, organising training sessions/career forums, liaising with employers, giving talks, monitoring client progress, and one-to-one coaching.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creativity, resourcefulness, and ideally previous recruitment experience.

Customer Success Intern
InternshipRole
Ensures UK students receive high-level customer service. Respond to customer feedback, identify root causes of problems, provide solutions, collaborate to resolve issues, report high-risk concerns, and optimise operational processes.
Candidate Profile
Self-motivated, proactive, adept at discovering and solving problems, adaptable. Strong Chinese and English language skills are highly preferred.
